You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content. HICH reserves the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of images uploaded to TheyRank. By using the service, you grant HICH a licence to use, display, and distribute your content within our iOS and Android application, HICH, for ranking purposes.

8. Disclaimers

HICH provides TheyRank "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

HICH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify HICH against any claims arising from your use of TheyRank or breach of this Agreement.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account with TheyRank anytime. HICH may also terminate your account if you violate this Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except for users in the EU who may bring claims in their country of residence.
